Fine location with attentive staff.

Thank you for a RELAXING stay. The breakfast choices are full size. The rooms are amazing and clean, with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and a personal safe. Overall the staff is extremely helpful and really helpful. The ambiance is family.

It is gorgeous hotel with lovely pool and beautiful location on the Island of Holbox.

Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The shower in our room didn't drain properly and had a dreadful smell, unacceptable. When we reported this, we were told to email the owner and never received a response. We found massive spider webs in the room.

The place was nice, until i found massive spider webs in my room, feel poorly cleaned. Where is the complimentary welcome gift? For a so-called boutique hotel, i expected a bit more. Can't believe i almost wrote a good review, but, really, what a letdown.

The breakfast was amazing, each morning we got a different local dish. Fresh fruit, it was a good start to the day. And the staff, they're not just workers, they're like family, friendly and genuinely caring.

Had a blast with my friends! The pool area is super relaxing, and the vibe is just right. Take some time to walk the Paseo Kuka Beach Path and catch the sunset. Don't miss the Holbox Ferry for an lovely experience!

We had a slight hiccup with check-in waiting longer than expected. But the staff was helpful and soon got us sorted.

The King Room with Pool View was cozy and beautifully lit, super inviting for relaxation. The shower was honestly a highlight, just fine and refreshing. I really appreciated how tranquil everything felt in the room. Plus, the views of the pool were a nice touch, made hanging out there even better. Good vibes the whole time!
